Keynote Speaker

Marc Prensky, a world-renowned author and speaker on future education, is currently the Founder and Executive Director of the Global Future Education Foundation and Institute (global-future-education.org) , a 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to promoting and implementing “Plan B” : Education to Improve the World, including Real-World Accomplishment-Based Education and A Broader Future Curriculum.

Marc has spoken in over 35 countries and has authored six books and over 100 essays. His writings have been translated into 10 languages. His latest book is The World Needs a New Curriculum, and he is currently writing “Plan B”: Education to Improve the World, to be published in 2015 by Teachers College Press. Marc’s background includes Masters Degrees from Harvard and Yale, teaching at all levels, six years at the Boston Consulting Group, and software game development.
