REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued less a $75 administrative/cancellation fee for registrations.Cancellation by May 20 (up to 1 month out): Refund of payment minus the cancellation fee(s).
- March 21 – April 30: Credit memo issued for registration and optional items minus the cancellation fee(s). Credit memos can be used until December 31, 2017 toward a future IDD conference and are transferable.
- May 1 – June 15 (within 2 weeks of the conference): Credit memo issued for 50% of REGISTRATION FEE ONLY, minus the cancellation fee(s).
- There are no refunds on virtual conference registrations due to process of production.
